Cancellation Policy

In order to keep our classes on schedule and to be able to hold proper ratio of the guest to instructor, we must enforce a cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

  • When you register for in Home Parties, Registrations are Non-Refundable.   The charges are based on 8 guests and this number can be increased up to 12 guests. Each additional guest over 8 will be charged accordingly. However, if you must cancel the Party, we will give you credit towards another Party of equal or lesser value. The credit must be used within Three months of original Party date as long as you have cancelled Ten days or more prior to your schedule Party date. You may wish to hold a party in a different location as long as you notify us Twenty days or more prior to your scheduled Party date by phone or e-mail to give us enough time for the new location evaluation of kitchen, equipments, and availability of cooking space. Credits that are not used within Three months of issue date will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • A Home Party may be cancelled and /or rescheduled only once
  • Please note that registration is a firm commitment to hold the party at your home. There will be No-Refund, class Substitution or Rescheduling for notification received subsequent to Ten days of your In Home Party date, or Twenty days of Home Party Relocation venue. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class or a party due severe weather forecast or insufficient enrollment with Three Days In this case, you will be given priority to register to another equal priced party or you may apply to the higher priced party and pay the difference in price
