Our founder, Azar Liliabadi, brings years of her diverse experience in all facets of client services, from her experience with her family business in food manufacturing to hosting the Healthy Body and Nutrition Now television programs since the year 2000, to her career as a Healthy Food instructor. Azar follows the methods she used in her own life to lose nearly 95 pounds, lowering her cholesterol from dangerous to healthy levels, to conquering acid reflux disease, overcoming her chronic fatigue syndrome and improving her energy and zest for life. Azar exemplifies the benefits of her program visually with her own health and well-being.
There is nothing like a healthy and hearty home cooked meal to bring families together in the kitchen during preparation and at the dinner table to be shared. And nothing gives us more pleasure than helping our clients learn new ways to eat healthy foods, avoid illnesses, improve their lives, save money and most importantly, TIME in the process of preparing meals and achieving good health.
